The CALVERT center aims to revitalize the center of Nantes.
The recent opening will breathe new life into the heart of Nantes, whose inhabitants are thrilled to see a dynamic and attractive center of retail activity return to the landmark site vacated by Galeries Lafayette nearly 10 years ago.
The CALVERT urban renewal project, which received a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating, is located on the corner of rue du Calvaire and rue la Fayette, Nantes' main city-center shopping street.
Offering 5,590 m² of retail space spread over three floors, the CALVERT center aims to revitalize the center of Nantes, as part of the city's initiative to bring retail back to this area, which has already seen ZARA relocate here and the opening of a new multi-label store CRAZY REPUBLIC.
