REDEVCO Finland has completed its second acquisition in Finland, with the purchase of the 'Tapuli' building in Lappeenranta. The property occupies a prominent location in Leiri, an out-of-town retail district. The building was constructed in several phases between 1972 and 1998, and provides 6,750 m² of retail space arranged mainly over a single floor.
REDEVCO purchased the property for €7,600,000. The property is let to Tradeka Oy, which operates its Euromarket store in the premises on a medium-term lease.
