Robert Mayhew has been appointed National Director, Head of Valuation and Investment Advisory of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS. He is responsible for leading a team of first-class professionals, all of whom are proven real estate valuation and investment advisory specialists and continue to expand our activities with clients in Russia and CIS.
Daniel Miller has been appointed Associate Director within Industrial &Warehousing Department of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS. He is responsible for consolidating and maintaining company market leadership position, contributing towards new business development activities building and managing appropriate relationships with Russian and international clients.
Petr Zaritskiy has been appointed Associate Director within Industrial &Warehousing Department of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS. He is responsible for developing the consulting side of the business, developing strong relationships with local, regional and international industrial partners in order to source new sales opportunities in Russia and CIS.
Fabian Alferez has been appointed Associate Director/Head of Industrial Tenant Representation Team, within Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS. He is responsible for assisting occupiers in developing short, medium and long-term real estate strategies and leading implementation process, including market and financial analysis as well as promoting of teamwork within the Tenant Representation / Industrial team and with other departments.
Andrey Nazarenko has been appointed Head of representative office of Jones Lang LaSalle, Kiev, Ukraine. He is responsible for driving local force for our expansion into Ukraine. Andrey focuses on business winning, client development, relationship management and operational aspects.
