REC to handle project monitoring at Forum Diyarbakir (TR/DE)

REC Real Estate Consultancy, a German company specializing in technical consultancy-related services for real estate companies, has been contracted by Multi Turkey to manage the project monitoring for it´s new development Forum Diyarbakir shopping center, and will handle the assignment from its branch office in Istanbul. The job implies a further expansion of the Frankfurt-based property consultancy firm's activities in Turkey.
The mixed German-Turkish task force will include Dr.Tarkan Barin (Project Control), Faruk Baser (Project Head of Construction) as well as Dieter Reineck and Henry Fritzsche (Project Heads of Technical Building Systems).
Project developer is Multi Turkey, a member company of the Dutch group Multi. Multi operates in 12 countries across Europe including Turkey, employing 500 professionals. Multi, a retail specialist, manages a total of 60 shopping centres across Europe. Forum Diyarbakir is the twelfth mall for the company in Turkey.
