Realy makes first acquisition with Centrale Park in Paris region (FR)

Realy has acquired Centrale Parc from GE Real Estate (majority shareholder) and Société de la Tour Eiffel (minority shareholder).

Centrale Parc is a 13,000 m² business park comprising nine buildings which were built in 1989, located in Châtenay-Malabry (Paris region) between the Coulée Verte (green alley) and Parc de Sceaux. 93% of the park is leased to seven first-rate tenants.

Realy oversees the sourcing, execution and valuation of the real estate investments of Yam Invest and its potential partners. This is the first acquisition in France for the Realy team, which is led by Florent Gardette and Camille Barrois.

Florent Gardette: "This acquisition, closed without financing conditions, fits perfectly with our investment strategy to acquire "value-added" properties in the Paris region for a minimum of €20 million. It offers our investors an immediate attractive return with good medium-term value creation prospects. We plan to continue making acquisitions on this favourable market."

GE Real Estate and Société de la Tour Eiffel: "We are delighted to have sold Centrale Parc within our preferred timeline. The Realy team demonstrated a great deal of professionalism in its first acquisition."
