Investors represented by Cobbleyard Real Estate and Revcap have divested two modern office properties located in the Hervanta office area in Tampere to a fund managed by Quadoro Investment. The divested assets were Hermia 5 and Hermia 6 properties located in the Hermia Science Park. The multi-let properties were constructed in 1998–2000 and have approx. 30,000m² of the lettable area as well as 1000 parking spaces. The properties are fully leased to notable tenants such as OP Bank, Vincit and CGI. Hermia Science Park is prominently located in the Hervanta technology hub next to the Hervanta university area. The excellent connectivity will improve even more with the new tram traffic in 2021.
“We have during our ownership period successfully leased out all vacant units and further improved the attractiveness of the assets. We are pleased to have found a prominent owner to Hermia 5 and 6.
