Promotions at Jones Lang LaSalle (PL)

Jones Lang LaSalle announced annual promotions to International Director, National Director and Associate Director. These promotions represent recognition of the leadership ability and sustained business contribution of each of the individuals.

Gareth Jones, Head of Capital Markets CEE & Russia at Jones Lang LaSalle, was appointed International Director. Gareth is based in Warsaw and runs the firms Capital Markets business for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. The Capital Markets platform in the region incorporates a leading corporate finance practice responsible for many pioneering senior debt, structured equity and joint venture transactions over the last four years. Jones Lang LaSalle's capital markets business is regional leader having closed over €3 billion of transactions over the last 3 years.

Anna Kot, Head of Office Agency and Tenant Representation Department at Jones Lang LaSalle, was appointed National Director. Anna coordinates work in the Office Agency Department being responsible for marketing and leasing of various projects in Warsaw. She co-operates with both developers and tenants advising in leasing space office buildings in Warsaw. Anna is licensed agent and has seven years experience in the real estate market in Poland. She joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999. She received a Master of Science diploma from the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography) and completed Real Estate Valuation postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Tatiana Siemieniuk, Head of Retail in Poland at Jones Lang LaSalle, was appointed National Director. Tatiana is responsible for running the retail agency department. Together with her team she has successfully completed projects like Galeria Mokotów and Wola Park in Warsaw and acting on behalf of other clients like Ahold, Carrefour, Echo Investment, Globe Trade Center, IKEA, King Cross, Neinver, Quinlan Private Golub and others. Tatiana joined Jones Lang LaSalle in August 1998. Previously worked for German developer Gemini Area where she was responsible for site acquisition. She has her degree in Architecture from Polytechnic in Bia³ystok and MBA from Warsaw University and University of Illinois.

Ma³gorzata ¯ó³towska, Head of Valuations Central Europe at Jones Lang LaSalle, was appointed National Director. Ma³gorzata is responsible for leading the 10-strong valuation department in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. Ma³gorzata joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1998, having previously worked for four years in the Real Estate Department of Price Waterhouse Coopers, in Moscow and in Warsaw. Ma³gorzata completed the Sheffield Hallam & Warsaw University of Technology Joint Postgraduate Diploma, and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In 1996, she completed post-graduate studies in Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology and is a Polish Licensed Valuer. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, with a Master's degree in Economics.

Bartosz Mierzwiak was promoted to Associate Director in Office Agency department. Bartosz is responsible for marketing and leasing of a number of projects in Warsaw and plays a key role in the co-ordination and management of the office leasing team. A graduate of Law and Administration Faculty at the Warsaw University and International Political and Economic Relations at Warsaw School of Economics (both with a Master of Science diploma), he participated in the University of Florida and Warsaw University joint programme at the Center for American Law Studies. Bartosz has been involved in real estate investment for the past four years working in Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tomasz Puch was promoted to Associate Director in the Capital Markets department. Tomasz is the member of Office and Industrial Capital Markets team and is responsible for advising clients looking for acquiring or selling office buildings, warehouse facilities or logistic centres across Poland. Tomasz has been involved in real estate investment market for the past four years working
