ProLogis has submitted a planning application to develop a mixed-use scheme on a 35-acre former Ministry of Defence site in Hayes, Middlesex.
The proposals envisage 613,548 sq ft of warehousing, office and light industrial space, plus 150 homes including affordable housing.
The development site is located on Stockley Road and is currently being used by the MoD for archive and record storage. However, the MoD is to vacate the site shortly as part of the rationalisation of its property commitments.
