Prologis, Inc. today announced that it has signed a new leasing agreement with Euro Pool System CZ, for 13,100 m² at Prologis Park Prague-Uzice in the Czech Republic.
Euro Pool System, a leading logistics service provider for returnable and reusable packaging, will use building 1 to optimize its clients’ logistics operations, helping them reduce costs and expedite delivery.

With the most recent transaction, Prologis Park Prague-Uzice is 94.1% leased.
Prologis Park Prague-Uzice is a modern, efficient logistics park located north of Prague on the main highway to Germany. The park consists of four buildings totaling over 97,000 m². It can accommodate up to seven buildings totaling nearly 170,000 m² of high quality distribution space at full build-out.
It is the first sustainable distribution center to be delivered in Central & Eastern Europe, making use of air-tightness standards for lower energy costs, energy efficient lighting systems, and rainwater collection for soil irrigation and facade cleaning.
