The buildings will also offer the 'five-star service program', a broad range of quality services designed to maximize the occupants' convenience through a personal concierge service, a fitness center and a restaurant, for example.

Christine Sonnier, Managing Director with CB Richard Ellis Investors stated: "Copernic II embodies our objective to offer the highest quality buildings, not only on the environmental and architectural levels but also with a wide array of services."

This same philosophy had already attracted the attention of Assistance Protection Juridique – GMF Group, which signed a lease in Copernic II for 5,700m² last October.

The transaction realised by DTZ Pôle Utilisateurs as advisor of Pole Emploi, Keops and Gide Loyrette Nouel as advisors of CB Richard Ellis Investors.
