The Allies & Morrison-designed scheme provides a ground, basement & nine upper story building. GVA Grimley were retained as planning advisers to Redevco.

The site is located within the City, at the junction of Moorgate and South Place. The proposed scheme was warmly welcomed by the City of London Planning Committee as a suitably striking building, at a landmark entrance to the City.

It was described by Peter Rees, at the Planning Committee meeting, as, "Perfectly positioned at the northern gateway to the City."

Adam Starr of Redevco said, "We are delighted to have secured consent for this exciting landmark scheme, our first development project in the City. This is an important gateway site and Allies and Morrisons striking design not only accommodates high quality offices but also the flagship retail units required to attract top fashion retailers to this busy City pitch."

Peter Bovill of GVA Grimley commented, "This is a very exciting scheme and will contribute enormously to this part of the City of London bringing improved retail space".
