On November 21, 2005, Philippe Depoux joined Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He will report directly to Yves Mansion, Chairman and CEO, and Alec Emmott, Managing Director.
Most recently, Mr Depoux (44) spent five years at Axa Reim, where he was Global Head of Investments. A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce business school in Rouen, he began his career in 1986 at Banque La Hénin as a loans officer for developers.
He joined The Mitsubishi Bank as Property Officer in 1988, moving to Gan in 1990, where he was responsible for purchase and sale transactions in the Property Department. In 1999, he was appointed Sales, Purchasing and Appraisals Director at Immobilère Finama.
Philippe Depoux will develop and deploy SFL's growth strategy, with particular responsibility for managing profit centres, the Technical Department and the Marketing Department.
In addition, Nathalie Palladitcheff, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors, is also appointed Deputy Managing Director. She will continue to exercise her current responsibilities. Ms Palladitcheff joined SFL in March 2000 after nine years in the consulting and banking industries. Appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2001, she is also responsible for investor and financial analyst relations.
Following these appointments, SFL's Executive Committee comprises Yves Mansion, Chairman and CEO; Alec Emmott, Managing Director; Philippe Depoux, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer; Nathalie Palladitcheff, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer; François Sebillotte, Company Secretary; Joan Torreguitart, Director, Control and Coordination; Franck Dattée, Technical Director; and Olivier Rochefort, Director, Profit Centres.
