Peab to build Smarthotel in Hammerfest (NO)

Peab Norwegian subsidiary Björn Bygg has been contracted to build a Smarthotel in Hammerfest in Norwegian Finnmark. The client is Smarthotel Hammerfest Eiendom AS and the contract amounts to NOK 118 million (approx. €14.13 million).


The hotel , which will be one of the most northerly located in Europe, will have 165 rooms , of which 19 are designed for guests with disabilities.


The work has started and the hotel is expected to be ready for opening in September 2015.
