Patrizia sells Dutch residential complex for €60m

Patrizia Immobilien has sold a residential complex in Zeist, the Netherlands to Grouwels Vastgoed for €60m. The sale is in line with Patrizia’s strategy to focus on the most attractive Dutch cities. The complex, which contains 479 residential units and 245 parking places, has a freehold tenure and is located a few kilometres east of Utrecht.

 

Emile Poort, Head of Transactions Benelux at Patrizia, commented: “We have used the current upswing in the Dutch housing market to optimise our portfolio in line with our strategy in the Netherlands. The sale delivers on the business plan agreed with our clients and we are pleased to have been able to create the value we promised them.”
