Signa Holding, one of the leading real estate companies in Austria, has signed a management agreement with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts for a planned five-star luxury hotel in Vienna's city center (1st district).

The Park Hyatt Hotel Am Hof will feature 143 rooms including 35 suites, a restaurant, bar and conference area, as well as a 900-m² spa area in a historic building that was formerly the headquarters of Laenderbank. The luxury hotel is scheduled to open in 2013.
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels advised Signa Holding in operator selection and the management contract negotiations.
