Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, announces that it has commenced construction works on five buildings in four different locations around Poland, totaling 80,500 m².

An enormous building site can be seen at Panattoni Park Lodz East, where two buildings are under development at the same time.
Wroclaw
In the Wroclaw region, construction works have started at Panattoni Park Wroclaw II in Nowa Wies Wroclawska, where the park's second building, with 10,000 m² of space is under development. The new tenants are: Frohe Sp. z o.o. manufacturer of a wide range of plastic accessories, who will take up 3,500 m², and V.M.A. NV manufacturer of electro-technical equipment, who has leased 2,830 m² in the facility under development.
Lodz
An enormous building site can be seen at Panattoni Park Lodz East, where two buildings are under development at the same time a 12,000 m² facility for a distributor of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia, as well as a 14,000 m² building, which is an extension of an existing structure.
Myslowice
At Panattoni Park Myslowice , construction works have started on 9,500 m² of industrial space. It is dedicated to the global leader in hydraulic products. The company already leases space at the park and will move to the newly built facility.
Tarnobrzeg
At the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISLOSAN, a new manufacturing BTS facility is being built. The 35,000 m² facility is dedicated to Nippon Sheet Glass Co. - one of the biggest glass manufacturers for the automotive industry.
Additionally, Panattoni Europe also has two other manufacturing BTS facilities under way. The first one, dedicated to RECARO Aircraft Seating Polska Sp. z o.o., is located in Swiebodzin and will feature 10,700 m² of space. The other is a manufacturing facility for Delphi, situated in Bùonie near Warsaw, with a total space of 22,000 m². Summing up, in the nearest future the developer will be constructing more than 113,000 m² of industrial space.
