Panattoni Europe is extending Panattoni Park Kraków by more than 3,400 m². The newly built extra space will be leased by a current tenant - ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which will occupy more than 6,900 m² at the park. The transaction was mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.
The original blueprints of Panattoni Park Kraków provided for a 17,000 m² facility, but now the park is being extended by 3,423 m². The space under construction is dedicated to a current tenant of the complex - ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which deals with comprehensive logistics and transport management. To date, the tenant has occupied 3,740 m², and with the newly built space it will take up more than 6,900 m² of the park.
The park in Lesser Poland is Panattoni Europe's second location where ROHLIG SUUS Logistics is present. The company also leases space at Panattoni Park Łódź East, where it occupies 6,830 m², and so the total space leased from the developer amounts to 13,700 m². Both transactions were mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.
Panattoni Park Kraków lies just 10 km from the capital of Lesser Poland, on the national road no 44, 800 m from the road junction connecting routes A4, E77, E40. The extensive public transportation infrastructure makes it easy for the employees to commute to/from the park, while the direct connection to the A4 motorway helps travel fast to Silesia, Wrocław and on to Germany.
At present, the park boasts 29 unloading docks, spacious service yards and 60 parking spaces. The building features modern class A space, with ground level access to the docks and entrance gates.
