The company occupies building one at Panattoni Park Lodz East and uses in total 7,232 m² of space offered by the developer (last July they leased an additional 2,000 m² at the new building three of the complex).

Another company which extended its lease contract is Sapa Building System – supplier of aluminium building systems. The contract is for 3,711 m² of space at Panattoni Park Lodz South.

Another firm – MPM Product – will continue using its leased space in Bùonie near Warsaw. The manufacturer of household appliances occupies 3,640 m² at Panattoni Park Blonie II.

The fourth company extending its lease contract is Jungheinrich Polska Sp. z o.o. It will continue leasing 3,480 m² at the current location – Panattoni Park Wroclaw I.

"We are extremely happy to be extending contracts with as many as four customers. They account for more than 16,000 m² of space in our parks around the country. For us, it is a confirmation that the space we offer is appealing, and our current partners are satisfied with our cooperation," said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni's Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe.
