Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's industrial space market, has commenced construction works on building two at Panattoni Park Gliwice I. The new facility will be occupied by an industrial packaging manufacturer, which leased 5000 m² of industrial space. The transaction was mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.

Panattoni Park Gliwice I is one of the developer's six investments in Upper Silesia. Works are currently under way on building two, with 5,000 m² leased by one of the worldwide leading manufacturers of industrial packaging. The tenant will use the newly-built space as a distribution centre. The present stage of works is anticipated to be completed by Q1 of 2012. The transaction was mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.
Panattoni Park Gliwice I comprises two buildings with a targeted total space of 22,560 m². Panattoni Park Gliwice I lies in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway and 1 km from the so-called Gliwice-Soúnica Junction, i.e. the intersection of the A4 motorway with the A1 motorway and national road no 44.
