Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, has embarked on the construction of a 13,966 m² distribution center for one of the top global freight forwarders. The new facility is being developed in Stryków.
Thanks to Panattoni Europe's experience in development projects for courier companies, construction works have just started on a project for one of the top global freight forwarders.
The center will be built on a site in Stryków comprising more than 12 ha and will offer 13,966 m² with a warehouse of 11,782 m² and 2,184 m² of office space.
Panattoni Europe's new facility will be adapted to the needs of freight forwarding, i.e. transport and reloading operations. To this end, it will feature a cross-docking platform, and an above-standard number of docks and smaller gates for loading and unloading.
