Pamera Real Estate Partners acquires Germany's largest Edeka store for private investor (DE)

On behalf of a private investor, Pamera Real Estate Partners has acquired the largest Edeka store in Germany. The EDEKA Frischecenter Zurheide is located at Nürnberger Straße 40-42 in Düsseldorf. The property, which has 8,250 m² of leasable space, and the associated land were acquired by DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, for €19 million. DIC was advised by Colliers Trombello Kölbel.

Designed as a large-scale self-service multi store, the property was completed in 2009. The property's 305 car parking spaces are located on the ground level; the retail space, which is organized into different departments, occupies the first floor. The property is leased to EDEKA Rhein Ruhr until 2029.
