The sale agreement for a real estate parcel of some 3,100 square meters was just concluded. Here at Mühlenstraße 25, in the intensively expanding Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district, along the South – East axis between Alexanderplatz and the future BER airport, a new office building is to be erected in the order of some 15,000 square meters floor space.
