Osiedle Konstancja Residential Estate being developed by Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) in Warsaw suburb Konstancin-Jeziorna has been distinguished with the statuette 'Crystal Suites 2008' for the most luxurious housing investment in the Mazovia region.
Osiedle Konstancja being built by GTC Konstancja, a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A., has been awarded in a competition of Apartamenty i Mieszkania magazine ("Suites and Apartments") in the category most luxurious residential investments in Mazovia. Substantiating the decision, the jury took into account first of all a consistent architectonic concept, which to a large extent harks back to the architecture of Konstancin and the 19th century idea of city garden as well as exceptionally careful workmanship and concern about the comfort of future residents.
Osiedle Konstancja is one of the most prestigious complexes of residences and detached houses in the neighborhood of Warsaw. The investment project is located at the entrance to Konstancin, 16 km from downtown capital. All houses in the Osiedle Konstancja are arranged so as to ensure that they melt into the green, natural environment. Simple and legible blocks emphasize the exclusive and unique character of the objects, designed by the most renowned architectonic studios in Poland.
In January this year the fourth stage of the investment project was completed, incorporating construction of 13 two-story residences with total area of 330 to 380 m² and 7 semi-detached houses also with two floors. Osiedle Konstancja includes nearly 240 luxury houses and residences in total.
"Crystal Suites" competition has been run for the second time in history. Its aim is promote investors operating on the Polish housing market, paying special attention to improvement in the quality of city space, by ensuring high standard of the projects implemented.
