OP Group acquires Lumene HQ in Espoo (FI)

NV Property Fund I KY has sold a light industrial property to a speciality fund of the OP Group (OP-Vuokratuotto -erikoissijoitusrahasto). The asset is located in a light industrial area in Kauklahti, Espoo and accommodates the headquarters of Lumene Oy - a Finnish make-up and cosmetics producer. The building totals c.12,150m² and comprises productional, laboratory and office premises. Cushman & Wakefield acted as the seller's exclusive advisor. The purchase price was not disclosed.
