Oh Kino joins ArtN with a new concept (PL)

ArtN – the revitalization project of the former Norblin factory area in the Warsaw’s Wola district – will feature a cinema concept that has not been available anywhere in Poland yet. Capital Park Group has signed the agreement with a cinema operator Oh Kino. The cinema will be available for the audience from the opening of the whole Norblin complex at the end of 2020. It will take up an area of 3,300m² and feature seven screens.

"The agreement with Oh Kino that we have signed perfectly reflects the direction in which we are going with building the tenant mix for the future ArtN complex. This extraordinary space, combining many aspects of life – work with leisure, unique catering offer, trade, and also culture, which for us is an extremely crucial aspect, and which is even incorporated in the project’s name, requires original and innovative concepts. The cinema in ArtN will be such a concept – a comfortable space, surprising with new solutions, available for all audience. We are very glad that our tenant will design it with respect to the heritage of the former Norblin factory and that its interior will include a lot of elements relating to the industrial tradition of this place," says Kinga Nowakowska, Operations Director and the Member of the Management Board at Capital Park Group, responsible for the project ArtN.

Oh Kino is one of the youngest players on the Polish market. The chain, within the past 18 months, managed to open already 3 cinemas – in Wroclaw, Olawa and Myslowice, and is still dynamically growing. Another 12 locations of the chain will be opened in Poland by the end of 2021.
