The office property Aéroparc in Toulouse, purchased by MEAG in March 2007 for its real estate fund MEAG EURO PRO, is fully let as of scheduled completion in October 2008.
The lease contract for the total floor space of 6,537 m² and 329 parking spaces has been closed with the French IT consultancy Sogeti High Tech for a nine-year term with a break clause after three years. Sogeti High Tech is a 100% subsidiary of Capgemini.
In the leasing process, the project developer Bouygues Immobilier was advised by Atisreal, and Sogeti High Tech by Espace Consultant.
