NSI and Rabobank Vlietstreek-Zoetermeer have prolonged and extended the lease agreement regarding NSI's office building situated at the Eleanor Rooseveltlaan 29-51 in Zoetermeer until October 31, 2020.
NSI and Rabobank Vlietstreek-Zoetermeer extended the lease agreement of the 3,850 m² office building with 75 parking spaces at the Eleanor Rooseveltlaan 29-51 in Zoetermeer until October 31, 2020.
The initial lease agreement would have expired on October 1, 2016, but NSI and Rabobank decided to start prolongation discussions a long time before the expiration date. These discussions resulted in a new, long-term lease agreement which fits NSI's leasing strategy to be engaged in permanent discussions with its tenants and to be flexible with outstanding contracts if this is beneficial to both NSI and its tenant.
