Nimrodental fills last gap at British Land’s 350 Euston Road, Regent’s Place (UK)

British Land announces today that orthodontic solutions company Nimrodental has signed a lease for 8,085 ft² (approx. 751 m²) of office space at 350 Euston Road, part of the Regent’s Place campus.

The signing of Nimrodental means the 130,000 ft² (approx. 12,077 m²) building is now fully-let, following deals with Digital Cinema Media, which agreed terms on 7,700 ft² (approx. 715 m²) in November, and FTSE 250 packaging company DS Smith plc which moved into the part seventh floor in October.

Nimrodental will occupy the third floor of the building, alongside Digital Cinema Media, after British Land exercised an option to take back the space from the General Medical Council last year.

Nimrodental has signed a ten year lease at a rent of £54.00/ft²

James Danby, Director of London Leasing at British Land, said: “The successful re-letting of the third floor at 350 Euston Road underlines the strength of demand for office accommodation at Regent’s Place and validates our decision to take back the space. Nimrodental is a great addition to what is a highly diverse occupier-mix, both at the building and across the campus as a whole. We look forward to welcoming them to Regent’s Place later this Spring.”

Regent’s Place is British Land’s 13 acre, fully managed campus located between King’s Cross and Paddington comprising a lively mix of office, retail, and residential space around Regent’s Place Plaza, an acre of public space which plays host to an array of events.

Cushman & Wakefield and Deloitte Real Estate advised British Land. Metrus advised Nimrodental.
