Nieuwe Steen Investments NV (NSI) announces its intention to appoint Mr D.S.M. (Daniël) van Dongen (1971) as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr Van Dongen will join NSI on November 1, 2009. After his business school education, Mr Van Dongen has held a number of financial positions, both in the Netherlands and abroad. His present position is as group controller with Wereldhave NV.
His appointment will be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders on October 15, 2009. Mr Van Dongen will succeed Anka Reijnen, who had decided to leave the company earlier this year.
According to Hertzerl Habas, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board will be ideally composed to cope with the challenging economic circumstances and to realize the expansion ambitions of NSI in the longer term.
