Niam has announced that it has appointed Johan Berfenstam as Head of Acquisitions. He will start working at Niam in May 2008.
Prior to joining Niam, Berfenstam was the Regional Director of Skanska Property Poland and prior to that, he was the Head of Business Development/Transactions at Skanska Property Stockholm.
Johan Bergman, Managing Director at Niam, comments: "Johan will be focused on sourcing in the Swedish market, and I see this recruitment as a great reinforcement of our Acquisitions team."
