Niam disposes of Murmästaren 13 in Stockholm (SE)

Niam has disposed of the property Murmästaren 13 in Stockholm to Fastighets AB L E Lundberg at a purchase price of SEK 478 million (approx. €54 million).

The transaction is scheduled to close on May 31, 2012.
