Rodamco Europe in the Netherlands has contracted Dexia Bank, BNA (Bond Nederlandse Architecten) and Balseal Engineering Europe for renting a part of the 8.500-m²office building Huys Azië located on the Oostelijke Handelskade in Amsterdam.
Dexia Bank will rent approximately 2.350 m² for a period of 10 years, BNA will rent approx. 650 m² on the fourth floor of the building, also for a period of 10 years and Balseal Engineering Europe agreed to rent approx. 650 m² for a period of 5 years.
Other tenant in the building is the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE). The HQ of Rodamco Europe in the Netherlands will also establish itself in this office location as of January 2007.
