The jewelry chain Christ, the fashion company Bestseller with the Vero Moda and Jack & Jones concepts, and Xenos, a provider of home furnishings and gifts are together renting around 1,000 m² of retail space. Of the total 15,700 m², tenants have now been found for 14,150 m². This means that well ahead of its inauguration on September 24, 2009, over 90% of KOMM is already let.

There will be over 60 retail, service and restaurant outlets in the new shopping center. The largest areas have been secured by Tegut, a food supermarket, Müller, which has a range of perfume and toiletries, and the clothing chain H&M.

KOMM will complement the retail and service offering in Offenbach city center and thus increase its attractiveness. It is hoped that the broad mix of tenants will bind local customers and attract new ones from the surrounding region — for which Offenbach's catchment area with 480,000 inhabitants offers great potential.
