PointPark Properties (P3) has agreed two new leases at the Delta Forum park in Germany. Eugen König GmbH, an innovative wholesaler for building as well as bath equipment and appliances, will occupy 5,811 m² of warehouse space from May 2012.
In addition, SIMS Recycling Solutions, the world's largest supplier of recycled electronics, has leased 3,494 m² of warehouse space and will enter the park in the same month.
