PointPark Properties (P3) announced the starting of construction of a new production facility for Audia Plastics and its affiliates Washington Penn and Uniform Color Company. Handover to the client is scheduled for September 2011, six months after the construction start. The total investment is nearly 8.5 million.

This Build-To-Own project will be located in Trnava Voderady and comprises almost 15,000 m² of production facility. P3 is engaged to provide services and assistance for the entire scheme from arranging the land acquisition, to planning, finalizing designs and construction management.
"Our client decided to place the project in Trnava region thanks to its suitable business climate, location from the point of view of logistics, proximity to clients and the labor force," says Peter Becar, Managing Director PointPark Properties for Czech Republic and Slovakia.
"Together with logistics parks in Lozorno, Kosice and Zilina, Trnava -Voderady has now become the fourth location within Slovakia where P3 extends its business activities. Our aim is to utilize the potential of 25 hectares adjacent to the Washington Penn plant in Voderady for our next Build-To-Suit or Build-To-Own projects in the future," adds Becar.
"We believe that the presence of Washington Penn clearly reflects the benefits and advantages of our location and it will help to attract other companies to place their activities into our location," says Pavol Chren, the representative of the Landowner, company TK Estate.
