The Gdansk based developer, Alfa Investment (part of the Truss Real Estate Group) has chosen leading international advisory company Jones Lang LaSalle as an exclusive agent for the commercialization process of the second phase of Gdansk's office complex, 'Oliva Business Park' Alfa building.

The Alfa office building will provide 5,000 m² of mainly commercial office space.
Robert Pydzik, Chairman of the Board of Alfa Investment and the Truss Real Estate Group, points out that the commercial investments that are undertaken by the Truss Real Estate Group will contribute to the revitalization of several regions of the city whilst also providing optimal working conditions for the tenants.

Located on Piastowska Street, 100m from the Grunwaldzka Avenue, close to Oliwski Park, the Alfa office building will provide 5,000 m² of mainly commercial office space. The tenants will be provided with a two-story underground parking from which they will be able to access upper floors using one of four lifts.
Apart from the overall aesthetical impact of the building, the project's key architectural concept is based around an atrium. This enables office space to be arranged on an open plan basis or divided into modules. Both solutions benefit from excellent natural light access. Furthermore the building will be of the highest technical standards. Apart from advanced air conditioning and ventilation solutions, all premises will be equipped with state of the art security and fire safety systems. Raised floor and suspended ceilings are standard and subject to the tenant's requirement.
Moreover a BMS (building management system) is in place together with an emergency power supply, access control, monitoring and other technical solutions which make the Alfa building technically very advanced. There will be a Café Bistro in the building available for Alfa tenants as well as people from outside. The completion is scheduled for Q4 2010.
