New office for OBI Russia (RU)

Leading DIY chain OBI has leased approx. 5,500 m² of office space of Lincor Business Center for its office in Russia. The company will occupy several floors.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and S. A. Ricci represented the landlord. OBI Russia plans to move into new office in the first half of 2012.

"Deal negotiations took a longer time, OBI has strong Corporate Standards and was very scrupulously checking every detail. We are glad that OBI has finally choose Lincor," comments Pavel Yanshevskiy, Partner at S. A. Ricci.

Lincor Business Center situated in the West of Moscow. It was delivered in February 2011 by developer Brycetown. The total area of the center is 63,000 m² with a GLA of 31,000 m².

Lincor consists of two buildings and underground parking for 455 lots. Such companies as O'STIN (8,000 m²), Rittal (1,500 m²), Sodexo (1,400 m²) are among the business center largest tenants.
