Effective 1 May this year, Krisztián Hornok will be appointed as Managing Director for DTZ Hungary. He is replacing Chris Naylor who has been running the office since 1999 and recently decided to take on a position representing Mosaic Property LLP, a UK based private investment fund focusing on Central and Eastern Europe.
Krisztián joined DTZ in 1997 to undertake valuation and research
activities. He became Head of Professional Services in early 2003 with areas covered including investment, valuation, development consultancy and research. He has played a paramount role in establishing DTZ as a clear market leader in valuations in Hungary as well as setting up a strong investment team with a dramatically increasing contribution to the office's turnover. Krisztian maintains high level contacts with developer, investor, occupier as well as bank clients, sits on the board of RICS for Hungary and is a regular speaker at conferences and universities.
