DTZ announces the appointment of Brigitte Schmitt as Head of the Property Management Department, starting this September.
Brigitte has over 11 years experience in shopping center management, working for the German group ECE Projektmanagement, one of the leading European retail developers. During her career, she has managed four important shopping centers in Germany, like Hessen Center Frankfurt, 36,000 m², and coordinated teams up to 15 members, succeeding in the implementation of new solutions for solving existing problems and increasing the performance of the schemes.

The Property Management Department of DTZ Echinox manages office buildings EvoCenter One, 3,500 m² and Baneasa Business Center, 10,379 m² and commercial centers Iris Shopping Center, 48,000 m², and Macromall Brasov, 11,000 m².
