New Director to lead Jones Lang LaSalles Office and Industrial Team (HU)

The international real estate services provider Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the appointment of Lóska Erika to the position of Head of Office and Industrial Leasing.

Her predecessor, James Berry - who had been leading the Office and Industrial Leasing Department for more than three years in Budapest - has returned to the UK, where he will continue to work as a Director at the company's Tetris Projects team.

Lóska Erika graduated from the Budapest Business College, majoring in foreign trade and economics. During the past 15 years spent in the real estate market she has gained a lot of experience in operation, sales and marketing.

She has a wide range of experience in sales from instant office leasing, developer representation to leasing buildings of classical investors. Having worked for various companies, Lóska has gained experience in developing and reorganizing existing leasing teams, as well as setting up a new one.

"I am delighted to welcome Erika among the leaders of Jones Lang LaSalle. I am sure that our Office and Industrial Leasing Team will be profited from her experience gained at the Budapest real estate market", said Ferenc Furulyás, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Budapest.

Lóska is a mother of two children; in her free time she loves cooking, gardening and doing sports with them. As an Associate Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, she is the manager of the Office and Industrial Department Team of five.
