The Alshaya Group is to open 4 stores with a combined area of 1,000 sqm in the Z³ote Tarasy shopping centre in Warsaw, Poland. The Alshaya Group is based in the Middle-East and owns the franchises for more than 40 international brands.
The new brands are: Next (the British family clothing brand), Claire's (cosmetics and jewellery), Bodyshop (cosmetics) and MAC (Canadian health and beauty products) according to the developer of the complex, ING Real Estate. All of these brand-names will be making their debuts on the Polish market. The opening of Z³ote Tarasy is planned to take place before the end of October.
