Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the new appointments of Patricia Lannoije and Joanna Gajewska-Sokolowska.
Patricia Lannoije has been appointed as the Head of Research and Consultancy in Poland. Patricia is joining from Jones Lang LaSalle Brussels where she was heading the Research Department for Belgium and Luxembourg for the last 11 years. During this time she combined this role with Head of Marketing and Communication and from 2007, with Valuation and Consulting. Patricia holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerpen (UFSIA), an MBA from the Institute of Management (India) and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Leuven. In 2006, she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and is a professional member of the RICS. Her mother tongue is Dutch. She also speaks fluently English and French.
The Research and Consultancy team at Jones Lang LaSalle comprises eight professionals and is the largest among the international real estate advisory firms operating on Polish market.
Joanna Gajewska-Sokolowska has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for CEE & SEE. Prior to this, Joanna has held the position of Lease Administration Operations Director for EMEA. Effective from March 12th, Joanna will be responsible for identification and implementation of operational efficiencies and performance enhancements to the firm. She has fourteen years' professional experience, twelve of which are in the finance and real estate sectors. Joanna is holding a Magister Degree in Economics.
