Aareal Bank has announced that Mr. Greg Allen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aareal Financial Services Inc. USA, New York left the company as of 9 June 2006 and that Paul Stoneham, up to now head of Aareal Bank's London Branch, is leaving the company.

Managing Director and Vice President Michael Carter will be responsible for all business transactions of Aareal Financial Services Inc. USA with immediate effect.
Michael Carter joined Aareal Financial Services Inc. USA on 1 May 2002. Paul Stoneham, up to now head of Aareal Bank's London Branch, is leaving the company at his own demand in order to attend to other tasks outside the Aareal Bank Group.
Paul Stone will be his successor as of 20 June 2006. Mr. Stone has been provisional Co-Head of the London Branch together with Mr. Stoneham during the period 1 January 2005 to 11 July 2005. He has been working for the bank since 21 August 2000.
