Rowan has appointed Michael Blake as its new Finance Director. Michael has been working with the property and fund management company on a consultancy basis since the beginning of the year, and has now joined on a full-time basis. He was previously with the Edinburgh House group of companies where he was Finance Director (Germany).
A graduate chartered accountant, who qualified with BDO Stoy Hayward, Michael brings with him over 20 years experience in the property, finance, leisure and retail sectors and has held previous roles with Regent Inns plc.
Commenting on his appointment, Michael said: "Rowan are an established company with exciting plans for future growth and I'm delighted to be joining this young, dynamic team at such an exciting time."
