Prologis, Inc. announced it has begun construction of a 22,500 m², speculatively-developed facility at Prologis Park Prague D1 West.
Located opposite Prologis Park Prague D1 East and next to the D1 motorway and 11 kilometers southeast of Prague city center, Prologis Park Prague D1 West comprises four buildings totalling more than 52,000 m² of modern distribution space. Current customers include DHL Supply Chain and Nagel Česko. The new facility will increase the total leasable area at Prologis Park Prague D1 West and Prologis Park Prague D1 East to 212,000 m².
