Nestlé Polska S.A. and Nestlé Waters Polska S.A., world leading nutrition, health and wellness companies, will lease over 10,000 m² of modern office space in the Ocean Business Park in Warsaw. JLL represented Nestlé in the process of searching for a new location in Warsaw as well as contract negotiations.
Ocean Business Park is being developed in Domaniewska St. in Służewiec Przemysłowy, a rapidly developing office district and popular Warsaw office location.
The scheme in which Nestlé will lease office space, will be commissioned for use in Q1 2015. It will offer over 17,600 m² of modern office space on eight floors. Apart from possessing interesting architecture (a double glass facade) and BREEAM certification, one of the scheme’s strongest assets is its proximity to major city arteries, metro station as well as bus and tram stops. The project’s investor is Kronos Real Estate.

Nestlé will move into the new office at the beginning of 2016.
