The 'Manifest Your Style' campaign conducted by NEINVER was named the best campaign of the year among all projects assessed by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH). The action promoting FACTORY brand was launched for the opening of the first outlet mall in Krakow. FACTORY has been operating for a year and is part of FUTURA Park Kraków which also won an award for the Best New Shopping Centre 2012.
The aim of the 'Manifest Your Style' campaign was to create an image not just regarding fashion itself, but style. Preparations involved a casting attended by Krakow's residents who wanted to show their own image. Those who turned out to be the best made their way to billboards all over the city. The campaign proved to be extremely successful and resulted in 260,000 visitors within the first two weeks of the opening date.
Non-standard activities taken as part of the campaign made this opening the most successful one in the Polish history of FACTORY.
FACTORY is part of FUTURA Park Kraków which was also recognized by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, winning an award for the Best New Shopping Centre 2012. FUTURA Park Kraków has two floors, one of which hosts Poland's largest FACTORY mall of 22,000m2 and the other is occupied by a retail park with the same area. Customers can visit 140 stores, service points and restaurants/cafes.
There is also a parking lot with 1,400 spaces. The building of FUTURA Park Kraków was designed in a way that makes use of the natural lay of the land. An accurate integration of the building and natural elevations made it possible to accommodate the two shopping concepts on separate floors. Thanks to that, the building's structure enables natural simultaneous access to both levels.
FUTURA Park Kraków is the first retail complex in Poland to have received a BREEAM certificate as early as at the design stage. In spring 2012, the building underwent a BREEAM verification procedure, getting the "very good" mark in all categories.
This is already the second prize won by FUTURA Park Kraków. In February, it was named the "Retail Park of the Year" by Europaproperty.com.
