Spanish firm Neinver will invest approximately €80 mln in the Polish market in the next two years. The developer is planning 3 new 'outlet' type centres: in Lubo near Pozna , in Krak¢w and in Wroc aw.
They also intend to enlarge their existing Factory outlet in Ursus, Warsaw. These plans will increase the combined retail area of all their outlets from 43,000 sqm to 52,000 sqm. Neinver are also planning outlet developments in Szczecin and a second one in Warsaw. In addition, the company intends to build a 60,000 sqm shopping centre near Malta lake in Pozna , for which they applied for a building permit at the end of September. In the long term, Neinver Polska intend to develop business parks, and are even looking at moving into the residential sector.
