NCC Construction in Denmark has been commissioned by Carlsberg Ejendomme to construct three office buildings in Tuborg Havn in Hellerup. The order is worth approximately SEK 400 million (ca. €40 mln.) and work on the project will commence in July 2008.
The contract with Carlsberg Ejendomme comprises three seven-story tower blocks. Combined, the buildings have total floor space of 11,200 m². The order also includes landscaping work and adaptation work on the basements.
The buildings will be erected above the underground three-story garage that NCC is currently building for Carlsberg at Tuborg Havn.
The contract will be registered among orders in the first quarter of 2008.
