NCC is selling an office project on Skånegatan 1-3 close to Ullevi in Gothenburg for SEK 860 million (approx. €93.6 million) The buyer is Vasakronan AB.
“This is the third consecutive property to be developed by NCC in the Ullevi area. The transaction will be implemented in the form of a sale of a company with a total underlying property value of SEK 860 million (approx. €93.6 million). The property has total leasable space of approximately 20,000 m², of which commercial premises at the entrance level account for 1,600 m². There is also a parking garage under the building. The property is fully leased to Sweco, PwC, Fitness24Seven and Condeco. Occupancy is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015 when Vasakronan will also move into the property.
The property boasts a prime location in terms of transport links. Skånegatan 1-3 is located near the Nya Ullevi Arena, within walking distance of Gothenburg Central Station. Both trams and buses stop nearby.
The property will be a GreenBuilding and certified according to the international BREEAM environmental certification system.
The sale will have a positive impact on earnings in the fourth quarter of 2015 in the NCC Property Development business area. The project is fully leased.
